Michelin is looking for a fresher to join its Pune team as a junior GenAI data scientist. You will help develop, test and deploy AI chatbots, GenAI agents and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) applications. Day to day, this means building basic agents with frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain, supporting chatbot backends powered by large language models and agent workflows, and creating simple RAG pipelines for document search and question answering. You will work with structured and unstructured data, documents, APIs and databases, write clean reusable Python, test chatbot answers for accuracy and reliability, and assist with deployment, debugging, logging and error handling. Keeping technical documentation up to date and collaborating with the wider team are part of the job. Good Python skills and an interest in LLMs are key. The role is hybrid.
