Xylem, the global water technology company, is hiring a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Chennai. Working under experienced engineers, you will help design and develop processes for making chemicals and related products. Tasks include running experiments and trials, analysing data and recommending improvements, designing and optimising processes and equipment, troubleshooting current processes, and applying quality control so products meet safety and regulatory standards. You will also support project planning and tracking, share progress with stakeholders, and follow safety and environmental rules, including safe handling of hazardous materials. Eligibility: a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, basic knowledge of chemical process engineering and safety rules, comfort with data analysis and simulation software, and good communication.
