Emerson is hiring an Applications and Systems Engineer 1 in Pune for a pre-sales and technical support role. You will work with internal and external customers to understand project requirements and propose the right technical solution, prepare quality offers on time with business development, sales, legal, PMO and factory teams, and follow the delegation of authority process. You will give pre-sales and technical support to customers, partners and distributors, join pre- and post-order technical meetings, and keep CRM data current. Eligibility: a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation or Chemical Engineering. Knowledge of isolation valves, actuators, instrument components, destructive and non-destructive testing, metallurgy or fluid mechanics is a plus.
