Amazon is hiring a Business Analyst in Bengaluru to support an operations research (AOP Research Science) team. You will be the operational owner of the team's production models: monitoring model and pipeline health, running scheduled model runs, data refreshes and reports, doing first-level troubleshooting of failures, escalating deeper modelling issues to scientists with clear context, validating inputs and outputs to catch anomalies, and maintaining runbooks and trackers.
Basic qualifications:
- 2+ years of data analytics or automation experience
- Experience with SQL, SAS, SPSS or similar data tools
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or a related quantitative field
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and clear communication
