Amazon is hiring a Quality Analyst in Bengaluru for the Pricing Analytics and Operations team within Retail Systems, which supports Amazon's pricing strategy and operations. You will check the quality of operational work, help the team meet its operational and business goals, work at a detailed level, and influence peers and stakeholders in other teams.
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent spoken and written English
- 1+ year in customer service or back-office roles in a corporate environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Preferred: 2 years of corporate experience, ideally from an e-commerce background. A good role for early-career candidates moving into quality and operations analytics.
