Mahindra & Mahindra is hiring an AI Engineer at its Worli, Mumbai office to build and scale Generative AI products across engineering and enterprise functions. The role covers the full lifecycle of AI solutions, including LLM, RAG, agentic and multimodal systems, defining success metrics with business teams, and guiding platform architecture, integration, deployment standards, MLOps, reliability and governance. You will work closely with engineering, research and business teams to turn AI capabilities into production solutions. Candidates should have a solid education in technology or business and 3 to 5 years of experience building technology products, including at least 2 to 3 years focused on AI or machine learning.
