Synechron is hiring a Jira Admin for its Gurugram or Pune (Kharadi) offices. You will administer Jira for a large user base: configuring workflows, schemes, permissions, custom fields and automation rules, writing JQL, and building dashboards and reports for teams. The role also covers Jira Service Management and Confluence, and turning business needs into the right technical configuration. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on Jira administration in a mid-size or large organisation, strong Jira configuration knowledge, JQL and reporting skills, a working understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and ITSM practices, and clear communication skills.
