CSB Bank is hiring a ServiceNow Developer in Thane to design, develop, integrate and continuously improve the bank's ServiceNow ITSM platform in line with RBI directions, information security policy and audit expectations. You will configure ITSM applications and workflows, build business rules, client scripts, UI policies, catalogue items and automations, and develop integrations with other enterprise applications. The role also covers incident resolution and root cause analysis, requirement gathering, design reviews, testing, deployment validation, documentation, and support for upgrades and releases. Requirements: B.Tech, 3 to 10 years of experience, and ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certification.
