Gallagher India is hiring Associates for Operations Management in Bengaluru. This is an entry-level role for graduates willing to be trained in insurance operations. You will complete assigned processing tasks efficiently across several computer systems, handle customer engagement, and identify and escalate unresolved issues while keeping supervisors informed. Requirements: any graduate with a good academic record (55% or above), excellent written and spoken English, basic knowledge of insurance or finance, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), teamwork, adaptability and openness to rotational shifts.
