Fractal is hiring a Legal Intern for contracts and advisory in Mumbai, working in person five days a week. You will prepare, review and amend legal documents and contracts for different business teams, support legal operations and contract execution, help maintain control systems for legal and policy compliance, process invoices, research legal issues that could affect the company, prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the legal team and maintain the contracts MIS. Requirements: an LLB graduate or a student in the final year of an LLB (Company Secretary course candidates may also fit), available to join immediately.
