EXL is hiring an Analyst (Deduction Analyst) in Kochi for order-to-cash operations. You will investigate and resolve customer deductions by gathering and reviewing supporting documents, analysing deduction data and validating claims against customer agreements, using customer portals to obtain documents and manage claims. You will also prepare reports and account insights that support collections and improve cash flow. Requirements: a commerce graduate with 0 to 2 years of experience, knowledge of accounts receivable, cash application or deduction management, strong Excel and analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
