Axis Bank is hiring Video KYC (VKYC) Officers for the Axis Virtual Centre in Noida, part of the liability team handling new-to-bank acquisitions. You will run the digital onboarding journey for customers over video calls, complete Video KYC accurately and in line with regulatory requirements, explain product basics and mandatory features, and help customers with simple issues so they connect smoothly. You are measured on monthly metrics such as successful VKYCs completed, occupancy and availability. Working knowledge of retail asset products, banking operations, investments and cards is expected.
