You will negotiate payment schedules that suit customers' situations while recovering dues, track the portfolio by bucket and days past due for your area, control delinquency and focus on non-starter accounts. The job also includes customer service on collection issues, processing refunds and account adjustments, resolving discrepancies and short payments, and keeping customer account details up to date, all within regulations and company policy. Requirements: a graduate with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of field experience.
