Marriott International is hiring a Cook II at one of its hotels in Gurugram. You will prepare and portion ingredients, wash and peel fruit and vegetables, weigh and mix ingredients, and cook hot and cold dishes to the hotel's recipes and presentation standards using ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers. Daily tasks include checking that food is properly cooked, monitoring food quality, setting up and cleaning down your station and serving correct portions. Requirements: a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related kitchen experience; no supervisory experience is needed.
