JLL is hiring a Compliance Executive in Gurugram to manage labour law compliance across its Integrated Facility Management (IFM) operations. You will monitor compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations at IFM sites, verify and maintain statutory documents for contractors, vendors and manpower agencies, coordinate compliance audits and make sure sites follow labour regulations and company policy. Requirements: a bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field and 2 to 5 years of experience in labour or statutory compliance.
