Around 55 percent of the role is instructional design and content development: designing end-to-end learning with methods such as ADDIE or SAM, building interactive eLearning in authoring tools like Articulate or Captivate, and creating microlearning, knowledge checks, simulations and scenario-based modules on security topics such as safe data handling and access. You will also set up templates, standards and reusable components to scale production. Requirements: 1 to 2 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
