Whatfix, a digital adoption platform company, is hiring a Digital Adoption Consultant in Bengaluru. You will work with global customers to understand their audiences' training needs, enterprise applications and business processes, and turn these into digital adoption strategies. You will analyse workflows to find use cases that raise user engagement and productivity, recommend adoption approaches using the Whatfix product suite, and work with customer success, product, engineering and sales teams. You can become a certified Whatfix product expert through internal programmes. Requirements: 2 to 7 years of experience in areas such as content, instructional design, training or digital adoption.
