Amazon is hiring Customer Service Associates to work from its Kokapet office in Hyderabad as the first human point of contact for customers. You will handle customer queries through phone, chat and email on topics such as online orders, identity verification, account security and purchases, find solutions in real time across several internal tools, help spot and prevent fraud, and solve problems without following a fixed script. Applicants must be 18 or older, have completed 10+2 (12th grade), be authorised to work in India and speak and write English at an advanced (C1) level. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. You should be comfortable working on computers and switching between systems, and willing to work rotating shifts across all seven days, mainly late night and overnight, plus early morning, afternoon, weekend and overtime when needed. This is a permanent, full-time, work-from-office role with a stated pay range of INR 3.96 to 4.70 lakh per year. Amazon does not ask for any payment to apply.
