Medtronic is hiring an IT Developer focused on data engineering at its Nanakramguda, Hyderabad office (flexible work arrangement). You will design, build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data workflows, build data solutions on Databricks and Snowflake, and write Python code for automation, integration and data processing. The role covers structured and semi-structured data from enterprise systems and APIs, workflow orchestration and monitoring, batch and real-time processing, and data quality, governance and security. You will also troubleshoot production issues, join architecture discussions and code reviews, and contribute to work on AI agents and intelligent automation. Requirements: 3+ years of IT experience with a BE/BTech, MCA or MSc, and strong Databricks, Snowflake, Python, SQL and data modeling skills.
