Salesforce is hiring a UI/UX Designer in Bengaluru (office-flexible). You will solve complex UX problems across web, mobile and tablet, work with product owners and managers to spot new product opportunities and test assumptions through user research, and partner with engineering to ship polished products. The role includes building and maintaining scalable design systems, defining how AI agents appear inside product workflows, and designing human-AI interaction patterns around trust, transparency and explainability. You will also champion accessibility, privacy and responsible design and present the UX vision to stakeholders across design, product, engineering and marketing. Candidates need 3 to 6 years of experience designing and delivering products end to end in cross-functional teams, with a strong grasp of user-centred design methods.
