JLL is hiring a Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Analyst in Bengaluru (on-site). You will support the full exceptions lifecycle: review exception assessments, carry out risk analysis, validate risk ratings with subject matter experts, prepare submissions for approval and track expiries and renewals. You will also process and risk-rate non-compliance issues found in audits and assessments, work with control owners on root cause and remediation, and follow issues through to closure. Another part of the job is helping keep the organisation-wide cybersecurity risk register and risk treatment plans up to date. Requirements: a bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or Computer Engineering, and 2-3 years of IT or cybersecurity experience with exposure to risk, compliance and internal audit, ideally on multi-site or multi-country work.
