JLL is hiring a Business Analyst in Pune to support analysis of a real estate portfolio. You will collect and analyse market data, property valuations and tenant demographics using statistical tools, research market trends and economic conditions, and maintain dashboards and KPIs that track portfolio performance. The job also covers support for financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting, ROI and feasibility analysis for projects, abstracting key lease terms, and preparing weekly and monthly reports and presentations. You will work with transactions, legal and finance teams and help with RFP responses and client pitches. Requirements: a bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related field and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
