American Express is hiring a Financial Systems Analyst I in Gurugram (hybrid) to work on Oracle Finance systems. You will analyse business processes and requirements on Oracle Finance GL and EPM modules (EDMCS, FCCS, AHCS, EPCM) and turn them into functional specifications. The job includes gathering and documenting requirements, working with the product lead, finance process teams, IT and vendors to configure and design solutions, supporting process migration, and applying best practices for scalable, auditable configurations. You will take part in Agile ceremonies such as user story writing, sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives. Requirements: a bachelor degree in business, information systems or a related field, around 3 years of relevant experience, and hands-on knowledge of Oracle GL/EPM and Agile methods.
