American Express is hiring an Associate for its IAM Servicing team in Bengaluru (hybrid), part of the enterprise Identity and Access Management group within IT Security. You will run access review operations and make sure access review controls work as intended, provision identities and access based on requests, user roles and policies, and analyse and resolve user access issues. The role also involves owning the account lifecycle across multiple applications, helping business units define enterprise-wide user roles, working with them on access governance, and supporting the Information Security team in reducing access risk. Candidates need a degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a similar field and 3-5 years of relevant experience in identity and access management or IT security operations.
