You will work on problems such as product identification, shelf perception and in-store scene understanding, owning the model lifecycle from experiments and prototypes through to production. The role involves careful exploratory data analysis of domain-specific data, model design, evaluation and fast iteration, working closely with engineering, product and business teams to turn technical challenges into production-ready solutions that improve shopping in Amazon grocery stores. Candidates should have around 3 years of relevant experience in ML/CV research or applied science, and experience analysing both experimental and observational data.
