You will design, build and run software systems in an agile setup, working through the full development life cycle: coding standards, code reviews, source control, builds, testing and operations. Basic qualifications are 3+ years of programming in a modern language such as Java, C++ or C# with object-oriented design, and experience designing new and existing systems for reliability and scale using design patterns. A computer science degree is preferred, as is knowledge of machine learning and large language model fundamentals (architecture, training and inference, model optimisation), or experience debugging and profiling large-scale systems.
