Ericsson is hiring a 5G RAN System Verification Engineer in Bengaluru. You will configure, deploy and troubleshoot LTE and 5G NR baseband and radio equipment at system level, analyse performance problems at the PHY and MAC layers, and track system KPIs such as throughput, latency, resource load and QoS/QoE to find bottlenecks. Requirements: a bachelor or master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar; 2 to 4 years of hands-on system verification experience; a strong grasp of LTE/5G NR, RAN architecture, protocol stack and air interface; experience in Linux and IP networking; and scripting skills in Python, Bash or Java. Understanding of CI/CD and exposure to configuration management and automation tools are useful.
