You will create and maintain service information for Caterpillar products, including troubleshooting content and electrical and hydraulic schematics for new product introductions and engineering changes. Tools used include Technical Content Manager, Adobe Illustrator, Creo Illustrate, Creo Parametric and Canvas. You will work with global engineering and product teams to keep the information accurate. A bachelor degree in engineering and 1-2 years of experience are expected.
