Working as a tools and platforms service engineer, you will handle day-to-day operation, monitoring, support and maintenance of the infrastructure engineering tooling estate: observability platforms, infrastructure-as-code tools, CI/CD pipelines, ITSM platforms, internal developer portals, secrets management and AI-augmented operations tools. The aim is to keep these platforms reliable and in line with service agreements. Requirements: at least 3 years of relevant experience and 15 years of full-time education.
