You will manage problems caused by IT infrastructure errors, find root causes to stop them recurring, and support telecom billing and revenue assurance work while handling stakeholders. Telecom billing and revenue assurance knowledge, customer support experience and good networking knowledge are preferred, along with basic project management skills. As an associate you will solve routine problems using set guidelines and precedents, working mainly within your team under a supervisor. Rotational shifts may be required.
