Flex, a global manufacturing partner for leading brands, is hiring a Junior Financial Analyst for its Cost Accounting Solutions team in Chennai. The role covers the defined cost accounting activities, tracking key cost accounting metrics in line with corporate policy, and working with the operations team to follow up on reasons for metric non-conformance. You will post month-end journal entries for accruals and reclassifications in the ERP, prepare and maintain SOPs in the document management system, drive small kaizen and process-improvement ideas that save time or cost, and learn to back up the cost accountant. Eligibility: B.Com, BBA (Finance), M.Com or MBA (Finance), freshers or up to 2 years of relevant experience. Good knowledge of accounting principles, basic MS Office skills, strong spoken and written English, analytical ability and a willingness to learn are expected.
