Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is hiring an HR Operations Analyst for its Bengaluru (Yelahanka) site. The role owns the candidate pre-onboarding process from the point a candidate is selected until all pre-employment steps are done and they move into onboarding. You will be the main point of contact for candidates during this stage, keeping them updated regularly and making sure every required activity is completed on time. It suits someone who is organised, communicates well and enjoys making the joining experience smooth. Requirements: a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations or a related field, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This is a hybrid role.
