Sid's Farm, a direct-to-consumer dairy brand, is offering a Production Intern role at its Tumakuru plant for freshers and students. You will support daily dairy production, helping with processing, packaging and quality control while learning hands-on how hygiene, safety and efficiency standards are kept. Tasks include assisting with pasteurisation, homogenisation, fermentation and packaging, monitoring production parameters such as temperature, pressure and hygiene, and helping make good use of raw materials. Requirements: pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech/M.Tech in Dairy Technology, Food Technology or a related field, a basic understanding of dairy processing, and some familiarity with SAP/ERP systems. Experience: 0–6 months.
