YASH Technologies is hiring a Data Analyst with Power BI skills for its Pune office. You will work with clients and internal teams to understand business problems, gather requirements and turn them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions. Day-to-day work covers building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, including data models, DAX measures, Power Query transformations and interactive visuals, along with hands-on work in SQL, Snowflake, Excel and PowerPoint for data modelling, analysis and business logic. The role expects ownership of tasks end to end, a push for automation and continuous improvement, and comfort working in Agile teams with a client-first mindset. Requirements: 1–2 years of relevant experience with Power BI and SQL; prior exposure to the pharma domain is an advantage. Suitable for 2023–2026 graduates with hands-on BI experience.
